Simple & Family-Friendly Usage Terms for Dama Quest: Island Pals

Welcome to Dama Quest: Island Pals ("the Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use and access to the game and associated website provided by Glila ("we", "us", or "our").

🏝️ Our Promise: Dama Quest is designed as an offline family game. We don't charge subscription fees, we don't harvest personal data, and we don't require an account. We ask that you enjoy the game responsibly and have fun!

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Dama Quest: Island Pals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices that you own or control.

3. Offline Nature & No Account Requirements

  • The Game is provided as a standalone, offline entertainment experience.
  • You are not required to create an account, register an email address, or maintain cloud credentials.
  • Because progress and game coins are stored exclusively on your local device, deleting the application will reset all progress.

4. Virtual In-Game Items & Sun Coins

The Game features collectible theme pieces (e.g., River Pebbles, Yummy Fruits, Galaxy Pals, Sweet Bakery) and character avatars unlocked using in-game Sun Coins:

  • Sun Coins are earned purely through in-game gameplay, match victories, and draws.
  • Sun Coins have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be redeemed for cash or real-world goods.
  • There are no real-money purchases or microtransactions in the Game.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, animations, sounds, character designs (including Leo, Pip, Rusty, Nova, Barnaby, Koko), game branding, and website contents are the intellectual property of Glila or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any game assets without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to deliver a smooth, bug-free, and enjoyable experience across compatible devices, we do not warrant that gameplay will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Game.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this website page with an updated effective date.
